  VERY DECEIVING...this is a booking company....NOT THE ACTUAL HOTEL SITE. This company and their website is a scam. I booked a room online with the correct number of people....they emailed back and wants more than double the price....SCAM.

  Only reason I won’t give 5 stars is that their website is deceiving. I thought I was booking with the hotel direct at Majestic Elegance but it was through vacation store Miami. I will say that everything has went as it should and we are very pleased with that but I did feel a bit offputt by the fact they dress up their website as if they are the hotel.
