  The best customer service when placing an order, but the WORST when trying to claim a credit for a returned merchandise. StAY away because they only care of placing new orders but DO NOT care about customers requests.
  
  I placed the order online and returned the package via UPS and its been more than a week that NOBODY in their Customer Service Department can tell me about my credit.
