  For me chic parisien was a terrible experience I don't recommend any bride to buy their dress in this place, they completely overprice their merchandise. I bought my dress here and at the end I decided to wear another one, so I went to de store to see what I could do and they told me that I had to pay for the dress in full because they couldn't return it, which I completely understood because it was part of the contract so I was willing to pay for the dress. However the lady in charged of the store was trying to charge me for things that were not reasonable and that they never explained to me. She was also a liar, when I bought the dress I wanted to add a detachable train and they told me that I had to wait for the dress to arrive to make any decision on the alterations, when I talked to her she told me that they were already working on the train and that they already had the fabric which wasn't true, so she told me that I had to pay in full for the train. So I asked her to show me the train to see what they were doing and it was a lie because the fabric wasn't even still there, so she say she would charge me half of it, I said ok but that she had to give be the fabric when it arrived and she said no, that she had to keep the fabric, which doesnt make sense at all, why would I pay something that is not even going to be mine? So what I mean here is that she was so contradicting in everything she said, and also very rude. For me it is not only what they were charging me, which was ridiculous, they treated me terrible, the lady has such a bad attitude and she is not willing to help you with anything, she is only interested in charging you extra money in every possible way that she can.
