    Jason is awesome! We have had a P.O. BOX with them for over a year, and since day 1, they have been awesome. My husband and I feel like more than just a number... Jason remembers us by name and always greets us (and anyone else that comes in when we are there) with a smile. Even when busy, they still let us know we are valued, and apologize for any wait. Top notch service!! Thanks Jason and team!

    As a business owner, I am picky about customer service and I know good service when I see it. The entire staff at this UPS Store deserves praise for providing outstanding service and always going the extra mile to help. I live in the Gables and work a few blocks away, and I have been a regular customer here for years. I always come here because it is quick, convenient, and the team treats me very well. I have observed them here when the store is busy, juggling all their customers with absolute poise and grace. I can't say enough good things about them!
