  Disaster (bait and switch). Based on the good reviews, my wife called and asked about Keratin Express. She was quoted $99 and asked the man twice if there was an extra charge for long hair and he said no. My daughter then called to set an appointment and also asked. This time, a woman told her $99, no extra charge for long hair. When my daughter went in for her appt., they told her Keratin Express STARTS at $99, but her long hair would cost $250!! We called and spoke respectfully and kindly to Anthony who never acknowledged, let alone apologized for TWO different people telling us a lower price than they intended to charge. Avoid these dishonest and nasty people. who lied about their charges TWICE to get a customer in the door. They were also nasty to my daughter and blamed her. What kind of business treats people like that? Please stay away and protect yourself from these rude and stuck-up people. P.S. Our daughter went somewhere else right away, paid less, got the full 3-4 month keratin treatment, had a perfectly wonderful experience with lovely people and received very good quality work.
