  Awful incompetence. Never answer their telephone. I telephoned as they opened at 9:00-9:05am and was on hold for indicating I was number one in que. A few minutes later I was number 15! and waited another full 24 minutes to speak with a human. I was following up on OTC items which were faxed and received three weeks earlier! I telephoned four times and spoke to a human twice over my regular monthly OTC allotment.
  No senior citizen should have to endure this. Actually no one should have to endure this. My previous insurance was outstanding.
