  We sincerely apologize for your unhappy experience. however, your blouse was ready in 3 days, on May 27 at 9:30am, you brought it in May 24 at 8:10am but did not pick it up until June 4 at 8:42am. You were happy with the quality of cleaning when you left our store. We are happy to try and accomodate if possible when a client feels they are "overcharged" but it is difficult without seeing the item. Once you sent us a picture of your fully beaded, sequinced long sleeve silk blouse, we refunded you a courtesy discount to try and accommodate your needs, but the price was correct due to the service and care needed for your garment and was reconciled within a week after you originally picked it up. Again, we are disappointed we could not meet all your needs.
